All gardeners must submit an SM Apply form and receive a Gardening 101 binder to garden at the San Bernardino Jardin de la Salud Community Garden starting June 2024. This is our new contract system.  If you are an existing gardener and renewed within the last year your payment due will be adjusted based on your previous renewal date. 

The annual plot fee is $36 or ($3 per month). The annual plot fee can be reduced or waived if requested.

Complete forms at home if you are able to 

Schedule an appointment or drop in during listed schedule below for payment or to waive fee and to pick up Gardening at Jardin de la Salud 101 Binder. This time can also be used to complete the SM Apply forms if you are having trouble at home. 

Plot Renewal Schedule June 2024: 

Monday June 3rd, 10 am - 2pm

Tuesday June 4th, 10 am -  12pm and 2 pm - 6:30 pm

Wednesday June 5th, 10 am -  12pm and 2 pm - 6:30 pm

Thursday June 6th, 10 am -  12pm and 2 pm - 6:30 pm

Friday June 7th, 8 am - 12 pm
